About Us

Welcome To Finnch

About Us

Finnch Wellness is a non-profit organization that provides programs and services that promote social, emotional, and mental well-being among children, youth, and adults in South Florida. Our program is designed to address and alleviate the challenges of trauma, loneliness, and toxic stress within our communities, particularly among at-risk populations, through partnerships and advocacy. We achieve this through the implementation of therapy, mentoring, coaching, meditation, and a diverse range of projects.

Our Mission

Our mission is to cultivate a healthier and happier community by promoting self-awareness, resilience, and mindfulness through the transformative superpowers of stillness and connections. Join us on the journey to thriving.

Life can be overwhelming sometimes. Talk about it with Finnch Therapist or a proffessional Coach.
