Is the Finnch Therapy Program Right For You?

Our non profit serves clients that need affordable therapy and Coaching services but can’t afford market rates, is uninsured or underinsured, and has an annual household income below $ 90,000.

Do You Have Health Insurance?

If you’re planning to use your health insurance to access psychotherapy, or if you can afford current market rates out of pocket, we ask that you do not use this service.

How does sliding scale therapy work?

The sliding scale is a flexible fee structure that the Therapist or Coach can tailor to your specific needs. The cost of therapy will vary depending on the individual’s unique circumstances and financial ability.

For example:

A therapist with a private practice may charge $175 per session, which has been thoughtfully determined based on their unique training, experience, and expertise. While their fee is appropriate, this therapist knows that not everyone can afford it.

A sliding scale allows them to provide affordable services to clients whose incomes fall below their full fee.

Depending on a person’s income and what they can afford, a therapist may offer sessions for less than the full fee of $175 per session (maybe $100 per session, $60 per session, and $30 per session).

Based on a sliding scale, the therapist or Coach would agree with each client on how much they would pay for sessions.
